I wanted to drop you a quick line to thank you and your staff for your assistance in providing High Speed Wireless Internet access to Crescent Sands at Crescent Beach. My worry when the system was added was that we, as Property Managers, were going to receive calls that we could not answer. Well, at a year and a half later I am happy to say that has never happened. Rarely do we receive a call about the internet at all and when we do it pertains to someone needing a new card with the log-in information.
Your service is right there at the top of the list of any vendor that we have. Guests and owners have reported that when they have had minor issues, you have promptly responded to their cases and resolved each of them. This is of key importance to me not only as a Property Manager, but also as a rental agent of several units at Crescent Sands. Once you offer a service as an amenity, it had better work and I am pleased that Connect Freely’s service works incredibly well. I have even logged on myself numerous times when in the parking lot area or around the pool at a Board meeting. The coverage and connection speed are excellent. On the rental side of our business, I can also tell you that your service is a huge plus to us and the owners. Being an older complex, there are some amenities that Crescent Sands simply can not provide to keep up with the newer buildings. Wireless Internet was something that we could offer and we definitely picked the right company as the provider. Rentals at Crescent Sands have held very well over the past two summers, despite others having problems because of the increased inventory of rooms along the Grand Strand. I attribute this to two factors. One, the owners at Crescent Sands have spent the money to make their beach property one that will rival the new buildings as much as possible. The second factor is the addition of wireless internet. We do receive many calls from vacationers wanting internet access and, as of now, we have Crescent Sands to offer. That has helped Crescent Sands maintain its bookings.
I can only hope that more of our properties will see the value and join Connect Freely. You can be assured that I will be touting your service as it is second to none!

Thanks so much for your assistance in providing the wireless access that I need to do my work this week. I am on a working vacation with my family this week in Myrtle Beach at our timeshare while I am also telecommuting to my office at home. Even on vacation, today’s work environment requires both my wife and me to be available and in touch with our places of employment on a daily basis, often more than once. We also both need to have high speed Internet access to perform our job functions. Thanks again for providing this important service for us, it is greatly appreciated.
